**What do you like best about Block Rewards?**

I love how hands-off it is. Once everything was set up, it just runs in the background with very little ongoing administration. It allows us to offer our team something that's genuinely financially empowering, without creating extra work for us.

**What do you dislike about Block Rewards?**

Nothing significant comes to mind. Like any new employee benefit, it took a little time to introduce it to the team and explain how it works, but the Block Rewards team made that process straightforward.

**Recommendations to others considering Block Rewards:**

I'd absolutely recommend Block Rewards to any employer looking to offer a unique and meaningful employee benefit. The setup was straightforward, it's incredibly easy to manage, and it gives employees access to a simple way to invest in their future if they choose.

**What problems is Block Rewards solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Block Rewards has given us the ability to offer our employees something genuinely unique and valuable. Team members can choose to have a portion of their wages automatically converted into Bitcoin, making it an easy way to build long-term savings without any extra effort.
