Once everything was set up, it just runs in the background with very little ongoing administration. Like any new employee benefit, it took a little time to introduce it to the team and explain how it works, but the Block Rewards team made that process straightforward. **Recommendations to others considering Block Rewards:** I'd absolutely recommend Block Rewards to any employer looking to offer a unique and meaningful employee benefit.
