**What do you like best about Black Belt Membership?**

What I love most is that it feels like it was actually built by someone who's lived the day-to-day of running a martial arts school. The belt promotion tracking, attendance management, and class scheduling features are spot-on. The billing automation has been a game-changer—no more chasing down payments or wasting hours in spreadsheets. It’s clean, intuitive, and saves me time every single day. The support team is fast, friendly, and knowledgeable, which gives me peace of mind when I need help.

**What do you dislike about Black Belt Membership?**

Honestly, nothing. Every time I thought I needed something extra, I found it was already built in or the team helped me find a workaround. It’s rare to say this, but it really just works the way it should.
