I think their email feature is pretty basic. And many things take a lot of clicks and are not very UI friendly. The terms they use are not very clear. Also, their integration with Stripe is the only option they require for ticket sales, and working with Stripe was a struggle, affecting our relationship with the platform. I think it's a bit overcomplicated in the setup and has a lot of kinks that still need to be worked out. The setup is very repetitive, and I have to update information in multiple areas.
