The team was extremely helpful during the preparation phase, providing solid support and guidance to ensure everything was in place. The platform itself is quite user-friendly, making it easy to set up all our registration details on the backend. However, our experience onsite was less than ideal. We ran into some delays with setting up the registration area, and there were several challenges during the actual registration process.
