The setup is very repetitive, and I have to update information in multiple areas. We get a lot of errors. The initial setup was awful. It took us a very long time to get down the process, and things are continuously changing. **What problems is Bizzabo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bizzabo helps us look modern and professional for event registration. ### 2. The reminder emails helped with efficiency. We did have a good level of support from our account manager. **What do you dislike about Bizzabo?** There were various bugs that meant our experience wasn't very smooth. We had multiple clients who had trouble joining virtual sessions and some attendees mentioned it was a hard platform to navigate in our post-event survey. **What problems is Bizzabo solving and how is that benefiting you?** The partner portal helped with team efficiency and automation. ### 3. The support team is quick to respond with issues. **What do you dislike about Bizzabo?** I really wish they'd hire actual event professionals to help build their platform. The poll/survey module is lacking in ability to build multi-part questions for session content questions. The website builder isn't as streamlined or easy to use; subtle changes to one section seems to impact others with no fix. The confirmation emails coming from a Bizzabo domain almost ALWAYS get filtered out for all of our customers, which causes us to spend unnecessary amounts of time re-sending confirmation emails directly from our team's email. **What problems is Bizzabo solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's convenient to have an all in one platform that allows us to build a website, register guests/attendees for both in person and virtual events, and host livestreams of our events. ### 4. To their credit, they did continue to work at getting it right. **What do you dislike about Bizzabo?** The application was a sticking point with our customers during our recent event. We had 1000+ users, and there were constant force closes, data errors, and a myriad of other inconsistencies. Our account manager was unresponsive for the majority of our contract with them, and this led to several mad scrambles to get issues resolved. **What problems is Bizzabo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bizzabo provided us a software platform to track our hosted event, while providing ticketing, registration, and mobile application functions. **Official Response from Lauren Sorenson:** > Hi Ryan, Thank you for taking the time to write a review and share your thoughts regarding your experience with Bizzabo. With multiple ways to stream your content into the platform, including YouTube, Vimeo, their custom livestream service and more, Bizzabo takes a lot of the stress out of virtual events planning. **What do you dislike about Bizzabo?** I don't know if we angered an eldritch god or if we're just plain unlucky, but in back to back to back events, Bizzabo's live site platform crashed minutes before our event was supposed to go live, so half of our attendees were unable to attend our event and we were forced to scramble and deploy our backup stream option. If you check their live Bizzabo Status page, you can see it works for weeks on end without interruption, and yet it somehow manages to explode every time we kicked an event live. It's hard to recommend a platform that falls flat on its face inches before you reach the finish line. **What problems is Bizzabo solving and how is that benefiting you?** They're continuing to deploy new features and improve their UI to make their back end experience even better, which makes virtual event planning less of a hassle for those of us who don't live and breathe HTML coding. **Official Response from Lauren Sorenson:** > Hi Mark, Thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback about Bizzabo.
