What do you like best about Bitdefender Advanced Threat Intelligence?

- I've used Bitdefender when deploying cybersecurity tools for an MSP client of mine.

- It's a global sensor network compared to other threat detection networks which are generally more focused on malware detection rather than large-scale.

- Love their threat reports and insights on persistent threats that can be created as tickets in integrated tools.

-These reports are not just raw data, but analysis on how the threats operate and quick auto-remediation or fixes for the same.

- The tool also provides insights on newly discovered software vulnerabilities. It came in very handy when I had to setup alerts based on event logs for such software applications.

What do you dislike about Bitdefender Advanced Threat Intelligence?

- Great for MM or enterprise clients and not for a SMB. Most of the RMM tool's client base happens to be SMB or MM.

- For organizations without a dedicated SOC, the platform''s capabilities and data output may be overwhelming.

What do you like best about Bitdefender Advanced Threat Intelligence?

The security it provides is great that ensures the systems we use, and feeling secure is amazing. Besides the features, the deployment of new features is quite steady, based on our need for the software to answer and come back with new features which are most essentials for us, users. The support is quite responsive and capable of solving rare issues we face as it is pretty normal, however knowing and accessing the quick, agile and responsive customer service pays off what we pay for the product. What do you dislike about Bitdefender Advanced Threat Intelligence?

The use of the software is quite complicated with the interface as it requires considerable time to know better the software, to use the features suitably and it causes the loss of time or money. Besides, I am not happy with the price it offers as it could be considered as expensive in general and it makes the software inaccessible to newly-built companies that incredibly need such great software. It provides malware protection for our system that storages a lot of data of our customers who are willing to study abroad at various universities of the world. They are ransomware protection, webcam, and microphone protection,

I like the price they ask for as they are pretty convenient for our company since we are a pretty small organization that lacks the resources. I love the way they have priced their product. I like the way it secures my devices against any potential threats. It scans for any types of threats and eliminates them without me doing it manually. To have unlimited VPN access I have to make separate subscription. it sometimes miss uncommon samples. Malware detection is often flawed in my network.
