**What do you like best about Birdie software?**

In Birdie I am able to monitor medication regimes, record the interactions with the patient, and compile reports. Another aspect of rostering function is useful of managing of the staff and schedules as well as checking of coverage.

**What do you dislike about Birdie software?**

Birdie also looks like it aims to be an one shoe fits all solution for the homecare needs. Essentially, there is no option that gives us the ability to tweak some of the processes as per our agency’s needs.

**What problems is Birdie software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Birdie has greatly helped in lightening our duties in homecare in many ways. The information is easily accessible and retrievable to the team as it is centralized which enable easy inputting of patient information.
