**What do you like best about BIM for Real Estate?**

Used Common workflow, BIM in Design, Creative Design Workflow, Collaboration techniques, Documentation
and BIM in Construction. Very effective product and useful tool.

**What do you dislike about BIM for Real Estate?**

Many friends who are Non-BIM users found it hard to onboard. There is a learning curve and it could be improved so that future users find it much easier to onboard.

**What problems is BIM for Real Estate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps in conflict detection, risk mitigation, coordination and collaboration, optimization of schedule and cost of properties and has easy to maintain building life cycle.

The BIM software provides all required facilities for civil,mechanical, electrical and plumbing requirements digitally. It allows users to manage CAD files with version control allowing for efficient product lifecycle.revit and AutoCAD are leaders

**What do you dislike about BIM for Real Estate?**

Yet to be a implemented globally for low scale projects leading to not so good planning

**What problems is BIM for Real Estate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Versioning, digital rendering, MEC activities
