The procedure steps are not aligned with what the notes say. **What problems is Billtrust solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to determine the following steps on an account but it is still working properly. ### 37. It has also provided us with a secure way to have our customers pay invoices online via ACH and Credit Card. Our accounts payable and receivable teams love being able to batch send invoices while using the built in analytics. Our IT team loves being able to easily interface with API's and SFTP services. **What do you dislike about Billtrust?** Emailed invoices sometimes bounce and resolving those errors can be tedious.
