What do you like best about Billtrust?

I appreciate how Billtrust speeds up the process, allowing us to send invoices swiftly to customers and manage payments with greater ease. The setup was straightforward from start to finish, making the transition seamless for our organization. I find it remarkably easy to read open, outstanding, and closed invoices for each customer, which greatly enhances the tracking and management of financial transactions. The platform's easy accessibility and fast processes for customers significantly improve efficiency in handling billing and payment tasks. I also value the daily utility it brings to our business operations since we utilize it extensively on a regular basis. What do you dislike about Billtrust?

I dislike how fast Billtrust times out. It interrupts my workflow when I need to log back in frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Billtrust?

Very slow to respond to problems, with some problems acknowledged, but still unresolved nearly a year later. One particular problem (reports of failed emails) continues to become a 'new' problem periodically.

Enhancements that we thought were part of the original package are costly to implement.
