What do you like best about Billtrust?

Billtrust has an innovative solution designed to improve efficiencies in AR processes. We first implemented the credit card processing and saw immediate results. The cost savings we have experienced has blown away our expectations. The platform is easy to navigate. I especially like the analytics and reporting functionality. What do you dislike about Billtrust?

What do you dislike about Billtrust?

Very slow to respond to problems, with some problems acknowledged, but still unresolved nearly a year later. One particular problem (reports of failed emails) continues to become a 'new' problem periodically.

Enhancements that we thought were part of the original package are costly to implement.
