Their use of AI for script writing was a game changer and updating the videos... so no it is my everything tool. They have added features for overlays and modifying the location of the captions (which was a real pain before) . The desktop/cloud version is easy to use once you get a handle on the logic of order in which to do the editing and the program saves a new take with every main update. I was annoyed at first, but now I understand the power in that for repurposing videos in the future **What do you dislike about BIGVU?** Sometimes support can lag for US based users, but they are very responsive via email and they will set up a call with pro users. And you can get different answers from different support people so it is clear they are hiring up so I expect this to change and improve with time. They still have bugs... Or perhaps it is software updates that cause it. But their tech team is 'working on it' There is a lag in video audio syncing that is very noticeable in the raw video -- at least when recording via a mobile device - Pixel Android system. it improves when you add captions because their AI tries to map to the mouth like it does with the eyes. Also some of the captions options will not display the highlight features or punctuation. There isn't an explanation of which styles do all caps or no punctuation so you have to play around with it to find what works for you. As with a lot of AI particularly image generation, it is really a hit and miss. Anything it tries to interpret from your video to create an image with words is nonsensical and a waste of time. And the AI can pick up some things to autocorrect, but will miss redundant words and consistency in displaying a sequence like 'Number 1" to #1 but not change Number 2... and if you realize you chose a caption that doesn't do punctuation or symbols, then you have to edit anyway. Not sure the AI learns from my edits. **What problems is BIGVU solving and how is that benefiting you?** Much more efficient at video creation. I'm going to try the social media posts. Didn't know about email until recently o will see if I can connect it to my CRM. And because I can add team members it is easy to collaborate. ### 3. The reason may be because I'm talking in French. The quality of the video generated could be improved.
