Workrails consolidated that to bring order and consistency to our contracts and deliverables. We have seen a significant reduction in contractual errors which cost the company a lot of lost revenue. This has reduced manual efforts to provide a seamless customer experience. This portal significantly cuts the time it takes before a consultant is assigned, reducing cycle time which increases efficiencies and revenue. This was critical for us to grow the business globally. Originally, there was only one Workrails developer with in-depth knowledge of our system, and he was always exceptional. However, we occasionally needed a backup when he wasn’t available. When we brought this to their attention, Workrails acted promptly to bring on more resources to become familiar with our product and provide technical support. We recently implemented multiple modules of Salesforce which required many changes within Workrails. When implementing Salesforce CRM, I worked with Workrails every day making necessary changes. They were always available when I needed them and were totally committed to the task at hand. The ongoing support they provided over a period of several months was essential to our success. We have been quite satisfied with the service and solutions that Workrails has provided in the last four years. They have been dedicated to us and have always been attentive to our needs. Creating a high volume of complex, custom proposals/SOWs takes a lot of time and resources from multiple teams involved. WorkRails’ guided selling dramatically speeds up our process by allowing the sales team to quickly and accurately create proposals fit for each unique prospect. WorkRails has helped us to remove a significant amount of manual work involved throughout the entire services sales process allowing us to move faster without sacrificing quality and accuracy. Our proposal times went from weeks to minutes after implementing WorkRails. We evaluated several vendors and based on our evaluation it was clear there was nothing on the market that compared to WorkRails. WorkRails has had a significant positive impact on our business. The drawback of this level of customization for our business is that on occasion, making changes within our environment takes a bit more time and effort from our team due to the complexity. But with that being said, WorkRails offers a tremendous amount of support to help us make these adjustments including support documentation and user guides enabling our internal team to do the majority of the updates on our own. None of the other vendors we looked at were even close to what we could get with WorkRails. WorkRails has been a game-changer for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is BigTime Services CPQ solving and how is that benefiting you? Before WorkRails, our process involved highly custom SOWs which included hundreds of questions our sales team needed to manually fill out in order to generate the final document to send over to a prospect. In most cases it would take up to 3 weeks to complete this process for one prospect. After standardizing our services package offerings, we used WorkRails to automate and guide the sales team to generate prospect proposals and SOWs in minutes, saving them hours each week to sell more, prospect, and drive business outcomes. We also utilize WorkRails’ integration with Salesforce so that our Sales team can seamlessly work within an opportunity and not have to leave their Salesforce instance to generate a proposal/SOW. Our process is much more simplified now - Sales will create an opportunity, WorkRails pulls in our product catalog into Salesforce and Sales will submit a few answers to simple product related questions and automatically generate a final document for approval. Working with the WorkRails team has been a great experience. It has been clear from day one that their main goal was to help us be successful. I have used Workrails at 2 companies and its absolutely the best tool for managing services SOWs and even packages. The company is easy to work with, making implementation a breeze. Our IT teams were slammed so prioritizing a tool that the business could "manage" mostly on its own was a top priority, we didn't want to have to log tickets for basic changes.
