**What do you like best about Bigmind?**

Pretty cool to have AI agents work behind the scenes to automatically analyze our team's meetings, emails, and calls. It's like having a seasonedanalyst working 24/7 to optimize every aspect of our pipeline for all the deals.

**What do you dislike about Bigmind?**

Not everyone knows what to ask the AI assistants so we needed to train the sales reps

**What problems is Bigmind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It eliminated reps having to manually updating CRMs, transcribing meeting notes with random tools they are using, and trying to remember follow-up actions from dozens of customer calls. 
The platform kinda solves our data fragmentation problem. Previously, insights were scattered across emails, meeting recordings, Slack conversations, and our CRM, making it impossible to get a complete picture of customer relationships.

Our forecast accuracy was another major pain point - sales teams were consistently off by 20-30% because they relied on gut feelings rather than data. Now because it's using actual data from the interactions, they are better reflecting reality.

But if I really have to pick one thing: the biggest benefit is that we've transformed from a reactive sales team to a proactive revenue engine. Instead of hoping deals will close, we know which ones need attention and exactly what actions to take. It's like having a revenue operations team built into our daily workflow

**What do you like best about Bigmind?**

The automation is great, saves tons of time on data entry and follow ups. The AI agents join calls and e-mails (without the customer noticing) and then capture everything and suggest next steps. It increases both deal velocity, close rate, and accuracy. 

Re-reading this it almost sounds to good to be true, but it really is. To me it felt like the first AI-native tool in this space instead of something that just has some "AI" added on top of it.

**What do you dislike about Bigmind?**

Not much to say here to be honest. I think it's still early days for the product, so I'm curious to see what's next.

One thing that took a while was actually setting it up, took a week or two.
