While it isn’t perfect all the time, I don’t expect it to be. On the occasions we’ve run into issues, the team behind the software has been incredibly responsive and has always worked with us to find a solution. **What problems is BidScript solving and how is that benefiting you?** BidScript is helping our small bid team produce first drafts quickly and accurately. The team were super friendly, responsive to ideas for development and improvement. This assured is in our engagement with them. **What do you dislike about BidScript?** There wasn't anything I didn't like. Features that we considered essential were immediately reviewed and considered for development. **What problems is BidScript solving and how is that benefiting you?** Unfortunately we didn't move forward with implementation at this time, so I can't comment on the usage.
