Their event site is easy to set up, making our auction look beautiful. It has made the guest check-in and checkout process much easier and simplifies accepting auction items. We've been really happy with BetterWorld. Their customer service is fantastic, and the initial setup for our fundraising event was extremely easy. **What do you dislike about BetterWorld?** N/A **What problems is BetterWorld solving and how is that benefiting you?** BetterWorld helps us streamline our event, improve the guest experience, raise more money, and sell more tickets. ### 2. It has been very easy to set up auction items with descriptions and photos. The very real worl problem is to generate the funds for an emergency situation, BetterWorld will literally help you to generate the funds.I really appreciate the BetterWorld features that let me contribute items to auctions, and I also enjoy being able to showcase our initiatives, giving people the option to donate directly to a particular cause. Setting up auctions and accepting donations is very easy, even without any technical background. We raised more than ever with less effort than we expected" **What do you dislike about BetterWorld?** Our fundraising is dependent on the auction feature, but it turned out to be a disaster during our program. Many of our attendees were unable to place bids due to a pop-up asking them to accept terms and conditions, but there was no visible way to agree. However, overall experiance is really good. To be honest, cutomer support is really proactive **What problems is BetterWorld solving and how is that benefiting you?** BetterWorld solves the problems of raising funds, especially during emergency situations. We can create different types of accounts—whether personal or for fundraising—so that we can quickly adapt to their needs. For e.g, in urgent times when generating funds is a priority, BetterWorld makes it easy to launch campaigns. Personally, Their auction feature is just great, which enables us to contribute items and highlight our causes for targeted donations. The process of setting up auctions and accepting contributions is so easy that even without technical expertise, we were able to raise more than we ever have before, with much less effort. ### 5.
