What do you like best about Betterworks?

Switching from Excel to Betterworks for calibration greatly improved our process. The calibration interface is flexible and intuitive. We received positive feedback across the board from HRBPs. Additionally, the Guides feature allows us to customize the platform to meet business needs, such as embedding content to support managers with performance conversations. What do you like best about Betterworks?

The system has all of the features we need to run an effective performance management process - goals, career & development, 360 feedback and customizable reviews. The support team is also fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Betterworks?

Some of the buttons/features can be confusing to employees. This leads us to overcommunicating what certain buttons/functions do and what they should expect. Over time, once the system is more familiar, I expect this will be less of a challenge. It would be nice to have "guides" as part of our package, versus having to pay for every single one.
