What do you like best about Betterworks?

Using Betterworks to track performance goals has been a game-changer for our team. The platform is intuitive, collaborative, and makes it easy to align individual goals with broader organizational priorities. I appreciate how transparent the goal-setting process is—everyone can see how their contributions connect to team and company objectives, which helps keep motivation high.

The ability to update progress in real time and provide or receive feedback throughout the performance cycle makes the experience more dynamic and less stressful than traditional review systems. What do you like best about Betterworks?

The system has all of the features we need to run an effective performance management process - goals, career & development, 360 feedback and customizable reviews. The support team is also fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Betterworks?

Some of the buttons/features can be confusing to employees. This leads us to overcommunicating what certain buttons/functions do and what they should expect. Over time, once the system is more familiar, I expect this will be less of a challenge. It would be nice to have "guides" as part of our package, versus having to pay for every single one.
