The idea of an online coaching in these busy and stressful times is great, The UI of the website is really warm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The pricing seems way too much, Coming from a non US country, i can easily get face to face consulting for 30% of their price! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As someone who has used BetterUp, what I loved most was the feeling of having a personalized cheerleader in my corner. I used it to work on techniques to manage my anxiety, practiced my delivery, and even role-played answering tough questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Depending on your plan, coaching with BetterUp can be a significant investment. It took me some time to decide if the cost was justified for my needs. Overall it was worth it, but it is still on the pricier side of things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The openess I felt in having good and healthy conversations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing comes to mind immediately. Pressure maybe to talk openly if you're not comfortable doing that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The way BetterUp presents live and self-serve resources is highly intuitive and helps keep me motivated, depending upon the capacity I have that month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a little tricky to find the best mentor for what I'm looking for, BUT I think that better up does a great job of giving the flexibility to choose. I wish I could keep one mentor and try out another with an Intro Call before the platform closes out the interaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I mostly enjoy the professionalism of the coaches. I have a personal coach, and I have also taken advantage of targeted coaching in communication and giving and receiving feedback. The dedicated time to work on personal development with an experienced coach is invaluable. I have been encouraged to take more time for self-reflection and to make my goals clear so that I can focus and better prioritize. At the end of each session, the coaches help me to create an action plan. They also share resources available on the BetterUp portal that are related to the topics we discussed. I feel that I gained more from the 1:1 coaching experience than the coaching circle. There was a lot of material to review between coaching circle sessions, and at times I felt unprepared to engage in discussion. I think it's all about the time one puts into the program. I may have overlooked information about how much time needs to be invested to get the most out of the weekly circle discussions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked the professionalism of coaches and counseling sessions, it helped me in personal growth & development. Also helped me to focus on my goals and prioritize my work. It provides you complete satisfaction in terms of personalized coaching and you can change coach until you find the right mentor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything is good except the amount of coaching material they provide. Sometimes it's really tough to prepare yourself for discussions. Also initially it allows me to choose a coach between 3 coaches based on my skill set, in that case, I felt limited to learning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that you can customize the type of counseling and support you need. I also like how it is available to all employees and everyone can choose who they want to talk to and how they want to talk to them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't have any dislikes at the moment. I have heard from staff that they dislike how unhelpful it is but they have mentioned they have only tried once or twice so I don't think that's a fair assessment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's so easy to get in and get up and running. Finding the right coaching for me and picking a coach, and then getting set up with the first session is super quick! I have done coaching before but not through BetterUp until now, and it's nice to have a tool that facilitates all of this and makes it easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can't really think of anything that I dislike about the experience. I have recommended it to many of my colleagues and am talking to my org right now about getting it for my whole team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easy it is to use. From the interface to navigating both the app and the website, it's super easy! I also liked how the app recommended coaches to me when I completed by profile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I did not like that it only gave me three options for potential coaches. I would have preferred to choose from a list. I understand that the algorithm is matching me, but I felt limited. I wish I could have "shopped around" more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
