What do you like best about BetterCloud?

Bettercloud workflows have helped us automate many tasks such as on/off boarding that has saved our organization thousands of hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BetterCloud?

The pricing was my least favorite part. I work in a school district, and we're pretty tight on budgets. That being said, we got blind sided by a price increase in the product which caused us to jump through some hoops to pull funding from different sources to comply with the price adjustment. Recommendations to others considering BetterCloud:

Have your licensing and terms of use spelled out. You don't want to be bit by a price hike in your licenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BetterCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

The BetterCloud alerts have helped us with many concerns that we have in the district, including file size limitations (since Google is cutting down on enterprise storage), documents being shared outside the organization and onboarding new employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
