Employee benefits already involve too many vendors and payments, and the carrier invoices and benadmin data rarely match between incorrect rates, tiers, terminated employees that are still enrolled, or even active employees without coverage. The accounting process is massively time-consuming for employers. Beneration’s VerifiaBill software simplifies premium billing by consolidating carrier invoices, allocating benefit costs, and identifying premium discrepancies in coverage charges. Using these reports, employers can be sure that their employees have the coverage that they need and that they are paying exactly what they owe. Since our partnership with Beneration, they have helped us consolidate our monthly invoices into organized and easy-to-understand statements, including our requested ad-hoc reports that required specific details. They respond to carriers' billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies quickly. Over the years, we've discontinued and added new carriers, and Beneration has been able to pivot with billing changes. **What do you dislike about Beneration?** Consolidated carrier invoices used to be emailed to us directly as attachments, but was then moved to their online portal. This isn't a negative factor, just more of a preference for us to receive via email attachments. **What problems is Beneration solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to handle invoices completely in-house and managing the multitude of invoices was becoming unfeasible. Beneration has helped us regain time to focus our efforts on other organization needs. ### 2. A large part of the monthly billing and premium remittance would had fallen to an HR and Finance Team that did not have the time to take on these new tasks, coming away from a PEO. ### 3.
