For example alert/notification of the parcel on mobile or on email which keeps us posted with the most recent location of the parcel. **What do you dislike about Beetrack?** Beetrack no doubt offers a lot of useful features which I think are lot useful from customer point of view. But, as the number of features are more it makes the response time of the website/app little bit slow as compared to its compititors. **What problems is Beetrack solving and how is that benefiting you?** Beetrack is solving a lot of problems for its users in all the places it's available. From which some are chat option , 24/7 customer service, email help desk service. And also providing dashboard reports for better understanding of the situations ### 2. It also gives the users all the relevant evidence for the clients to actually receive the package. **What do you dislike about Beetrack?** I think that it sometimes doesn't calculate the correct time for the delivery hence the costs on the parcel change by 20-35% difference. Also, I think it would help if the software would be integrated with other shipping websites as UPS, DHL, etc. **What problems is Beetrack solving and how is that benefiting you?** It saves a lot of redundant calls from customers regarding shipments and parcels. It saves a lot of time dealing with the mail/shipping companies by giving real-time updates ### 4. So, data privacy and security become critical. I think the planner pro algorithm has opportunities for improvement in making the route. **What problems is Beetrack solving and how is that benefiting you?** The accuracy of the planning algorithm was greater than 35% in the tests. The price/value ratio was the best of all by far. It's helping us increase the rate of orders delivered and improve communication with our customers. ### 5.
