BDC AI Reviews & Product Details

BDC AI is a WhatsApp CRM with a built-in AI agent for sales teams in Mexico. The agent replies in seconds at any hour, understands voice notes, photos and documents, qualifies each lead, books the appointment and hands the conversation to the right rep with full context. Everything runs in a shared inbox on the official WhatsApp Business API: automatic routing by branch and department, a sales pipeline inside the chat, alerts when a customer has been waiting too long, bulk WhatsApp and email campaigns, date-based automations and cost per sale for every Meta ad. It works with your existing number, which stays active in the WhatsApp Business app on your phone. Pricing is per handled conversation, with users included, in Mexican pesos with CFDI invoicing. Meta's messaging fees are passed through at cost. BDC AI started out running business development centers for car and motorcycle dealerships and now serves other industries too.
