"Best software for formulation"
What do you like best about BatchMaster ERP?
This is the best hand down for any pharmaceutical manufacturing business. I really like how easy it is to use and how well it works and helps you also helps you to adjust the formulas which is GREAT on my side. Planning and scheduling is so easy, that I don't have to worry about it anymore because hey, the software does it all by itself. Also, we have control over our inventory through the smartphone which is a + too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about BatchMaster ERP?
Sometimes the programming might be clunky, if that is the correct word for that but yet it's not something that makes your work harder or something like that, I know worse software or applications with that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BatchMaster ERP?
NO MOBILE DEVICE SUPPORT! Employees using batchmaster are literally stuck at their desk.
The software is not intuitive nor user friendly.
It was built in VBS on SQL servers so it is not "future proof" and should be considered legacy software in 2018.
There is too much clicking back and forth between entry screens.
Installation team sent by vendor was not able to adequately explain process steps
Installation team sent by vendor was issuing incorrect instructions to resolve issues.
Due to its obsolescent structre - the software has stability issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
