"Best tool for Time and Task Management"
What do you like best about BasicOps?

The best part is I can schedule all my day-to-day tasks and based on that I can plan my weeks and months. I can communicate with my colleagues and even share files while working on a common Project.

While working with the team it makes the project management easy. Also in case of any changes in the plan, I don't have to delete any add the tasks I can simply adjust them by drag and drop.

It helps me to discuss things with my colleagues who are working remotely as I can discuss things on particular tasks and don't have to switch apps.

I have been using it for 1 year and I really found it helpful it actually saves time and improves coordination and efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BasicOps?

Its UI can be improved, some times its time time-consuming as it loads slowly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A cheaper alternative for task management tool, but it's no Asana"
What do you like best about BasicOps?

There is a good function for chatting with a teammate on the go. The task status is a nifty feature, and so is the automation. The timeline feature shows the tasks from a holistic view which helps in making decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BasicOps?

First of all, the site is not optimized correctly. It lags a lot when setting up tasks and moving them to different sections. There is no desktop app, making it cumbersome to keep it open on a browser tab. Also, there are some gaps I felt in the UI. Like in Asana, we can see the tasks of a particular teammate all at a time, but here, I didn't see any option to look at all tasks of my teammate. I had to go to the specific project to check the tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"BasicOps helps our team to manage tasks and projects. We can assign tasks to each team member."
What do you like best about BasicOps?

The thing I like about Basicops is that I can create notes, discuss tasks and projects, and attach files to them. I can also check the status of the tasks my team is doing. Also, my team can move all the tasks under the review section so I can review them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BasicOps?

Overall it's good, but sometimes it lags and gets slow. The interface is user-friendly but not as attractive as other software like Asana. The Automation of BasicOps can be improved like Asanas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
