Our team uses it daily and I love being able to create segments out of filtered data and being able to join tables for easy access to connected data. Basedash is a great option of companies who need a tool that can be customized to their needs. I love working with the Basedash team to customize our views and ensure we are able to visualize things the way we need. **What do you dislike about Basedash?** I don't have a lot of complaints but I do sometimes get timeout errors. I don't think it's common but our company has a very large database and it can create some frustration when I need access to data quickly. **What problems is Basedash solving and how is that benefiting you?** Basedash allows our support team to have easy access to view and edit the necessary data in our database and makes it visually appealing to non technical team members. ### 2. It let us create an admin panel on top of our SQL database to manage our users and handle ops. The fact that you don't need to write a single line of code, or even drag-and-drop a UI together, is a huge win. It does a lot of work behind the scenes to create a solid admin panel so that you don't even have to think about it. That being said, it's also super flexible, so you can customize every aspect of your admin panel for your team (with lots of controls around permissioning). **What do you dislike about Basedash?** It only supports SQL databases as data sources. We'd love to be able to pull in data from our API directly which has more complex business logic. **What problems is Basedash solving and how is that benefiting you?** Like most companies, we needed a way for our team to access and manage certain data from our database. For us, that meant a solid user dashboard, and a way to manage commands. We were originally looking into platforms that let us build an admin panel from scratch, but Basedash did all the hard work for us by generating an admin panel out-of-the-box.
