I use Badger Maps because it integrates seamlessly with Android Auto for navigation in my car, which I find really convenient. I like how I can use the reporting feature to monitor my monthly client visits. The routing feature is great because it lets me efficiently visit our referral sources, optimizing my time on the road. I find the voice recognition on Badger Maps could be improved. It uses the voice input from my Samsung phone, but sometimes it messes up punctuation, so I have to go in and retype everything. What I like most is the nice visual of the map. I like being able to set places, search by liposuction or cosmetic surgery, and look at a visualization on a map. I would usually have a hard time with the platform and the ease of being able to list those out if I'm in an area. I would like it better if when I'm in an area, Badger Maps could just tell me everyone around who does cosmetic surgery or liposuction. If it could populate that into a quick list based on the specific zip code in order, that would be helpful. So I could go from Stop 1, Stop 2, Stop 3 in a list on that day. i have been using Badger maps off and on for about 8-10 years and I keep coming back to it anytime I'm in a new area trying to find the most efficient route locate new clients or existing clients that I'm not so familiar with. The Infield app that mirrors my activity in the office on my computer is very helpful. The program is easy to navigate for creating trips, making changes, and downloading lists for record keeping and expense reports. Customer Care is always readily available to help, even when I’m out in the field. Training sessions with Michael have also been very helpful in maximizing the tool for our unique needs. I am old school and still like having a printed copy of my larger map for a multi-day trip. I do wish I could select an option to list the last name of account next to the red locator. MapQuest did offer that function. There is also not a way to export the Map. I have to use the snip it tool and paste it on a word document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reports were a little raw, when sent out in excel format, and if you don't custom build your notes requirements, the reps tend to put limited notes of no value.
