What I like most is the nice visual of the map. I like being able to set places, search by liposuction or cosmetic surgery, and look at a visualization on a map. What do you dislike about Badger Maps? I would usually have a hard time with the platform and the ease of being able to list those out if I'm in an area. I would like it better if when I'm in an area, Badger Maps could just tell me everyone around who does cosmetic surgery or liposuction. If it could populate that into a quick list based on the specific zip code in order, that would be helpful. So I could go from Stop 1, Stop 2, Stop 3 in a list on that day. The Infield app that mirrors my activity in the office on my computer is very helpful. The program is easy to navigate for creating trips, making changes, and downloading lists for record keeping and expense reports. Customer Care is always readily available to help, even when I’m out in the field. Training sessions with Michael have also been very helpful in maximizing the tool for our unique needs. We used to use MapQuest until they closed shop. I didn’t like the other programs that were recommended, so I started my own search. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Badger Maps? I am old school and still like having a printed copy of my larger map for a multi-day trip. I do wish I could select an option to list the last name of account next to the red locator. MapQuest did offer that function. There is also not a way to export the Map. I like the option of being able to choose different colors for different criteria per account in the larger map to help us prioritize which accounts we want to focus on. I use Badger Maps to optimize my agent visits in various states. It allows me to have efficient travel routes, coordinate appointment timing, and save the routes for future visits. It improved my meeting planning significantly by streamlining the process. I find the visual lasso tool incredibly useful for focusing and adding appointments in specific regions if I'm heading there. Planning my visits is very easy, and I can coordinate timing, have efficient and safe routes, and integrate with my navigation. It helps me maximize face-to-face time with my agents and clients. Also, seeing where all my agents are located helps me coordinate meetings in different regions effectively. Setting it up was very easy, and the customer support was very responsive and helpful. What do you dislike about Badger Maps? Reports were a little raw, when sent out in excel format, and if you don't custom build your notes requirements, the reps tend to put limited notes of no value. I may have not experienced the system to its fullest potential as the Badger account manager I spoke with initially had not reached out again to offer any further training/check ins. My review would be that this is a great concept for territory reps, the mobile app but a bit tough to navigate at first, but its been a few months since I have gone in there and used it so it may have improved since then. It felt like there wasn't a natural flow or prompt for new users or in general, like the app tells me the next step, especially if travelling and not thinking about information that needs to be collected such as notes, photos, follow-ups. I'm often forgetful with so many apps that I use for my job that this one was.. Unmemorable? With AI taking over everything, it is hard not to get lost in the shuffle. Perhaps if there were more check-ins from Badger with friendly tips to try or asking how my experience was throughout the year, it may have triggered me to use the platform more. Badger Maps is a huge time saver. I like how I can plan my route for the day and use the Navigator tool right inside the app. I liked how I was able to add notes to each account and track the dates of each time I checked into the account. It is a quick reference for when I'm on the road, and I can pull up the account, check any notes, and also check the last time I was at the office. I found the app to be very user-friendly and very useful. The initial setup was very easy, and they also provided videos on how to use all the features.
