I was nervous about setting it up at first. They helped me every step of the way and made it very easy to set up! I have been really impressed with how quickly they return calls and emails. They have reached out to me multiple times to make sure I am getting the most out of it and don't have any questions or concerns. It is really impressive how they keep you supported and plugged in. They have been patient explaining everything and not judgmental in my lack of computer skills. lol I use it every time I am in the field and it is Great to keep all of my customer information together in one place! Especially adding notes about each stop, the ability to see it all on the map and details of each stop. The color differentiation regarding visit intervals is Extremely beneficial! I definitely recommend it to everyone! **What do you dislike about Badger Maps?** I really don't dislike anything about it! If I had to come up with some sort of improvement, I think merging it to be able to do the directions stop by stop, similar to Google Maps, would be really beneficial. But going to Google Maps and back in is easy and seamless. **What problems is Badger Maps solving and how is that benefiting you?** Badger Maps is a brilliant solution to keeping track of all of the current and potential veterinary hospitals that refer to our specialty hospital. Their ability to understand my challenges and help me when I'm stuck is fantastic. You can always reach them by phone. How nice is that!?! Sadly, it's very uncommon these days to be able to contact tech support and speak with someone and if you do get to a real person, often, they don't really know how to use the platform and they are either reading from a help file or messaging someone to try to get support themselves. NOT the case at Badger. Their tech support folks know the platform inside and out. I like that it will give you a route and help plan days. Some of the cells when uploaded dont need to be filtered. It would be nice to only have the option to select what information or cell uploaded to filter. Also would be nice to show all update information that is uploaded in one area. Not on 3 different tabs for account. I have not really used the customer support. But so far the product and people I have talked to have been good and easy to talk to. I am still in trail and error with product. But I could see using this company wide. I have used other mapping programs but decided to give Badger Maps a try and haven't looked back. **What do you dislike about Badger Maps?** I do not have many dislikes but the one that comes to mind is not having the ability to have different account lists. This would be the one improvement that I would like to see in future updates.
