What do you dislike about Badger Maps?

Reports were a little raw, when sent out in excel format, and if you don't custom build your notes requirements, the reps tend to put limited notes of no value. Also if you are unable to do a API link to keep the customer data maintained this becomes a very manual tasks that needs a dedicated person to manage it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Badger Maps solving and how is that benefiting you?

The software gives me a quick visual ID of my customers, how they’re being managed, and where there are opportunities to contact them. As the National Manager, it made it quick and easy for me to identify low performers and offer guidance to help them improve how they engaged with the customers, or if they needed more coaching. What problems is Badger Maps solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are having issues with the sales team being too independent. A problem its solving it helps us see in the map and start using our AI tools for recommendations and suggestions placed in a map. It will help us monitor and check the cost of a route and the revenue it gives to involve the sales support department to make the sales team transform into another thing. What do you like best about Badger Maps?

I use Badger Maps to enter all of my accounts and plan my route for the day. Badger Maps is a huge time saver. I like how I can plan my route for the day and use the Navigator tool right inside the app. I liked how I was able to add notes to each account and track the dates of each time I checked into the account. It is a quick reference for when I'm on the road, and I can pull up the account, check any notes, and also check the last time I was at the office. I found the app to be very user-friendly and very useful. The initial setup was very easy, and they also provided videos on how to use all the features. "Phenomenal Route Planning, Effortless Efficiency"

What do you like best about Badger Maps?

There's a lot to love about Badger Maps. The route planning is phenomenal, saving me so much time by optimizing my routes so I don't waste time driving all over. I also love the filters. If I have, say, 100 accounts in one area but want to see a certain type of account, I can apply a filter to narrow it down to around 20. Within seconds, I can create a route, which is super helpful. This is the best route optimization app, I love all the features!

I have already recommended your app to other representatives many times.

In my new job, I have about 150 accounts. The annual membership is more difficult to justify. A special price based on the number of accounts would be needed. I will use the application for a few months during the year (monthly subscription).

I love how visual Badger Maps is. Once we upload our accounts, we can quickly see where we are over and under saturated with our customer base. It makes us far more efficient in creating territories that our sales reps can visit. By seeing where our accounts are on a map, it becomes obvious which territories we should focus on more. What do you like best about Badger Maps?

I love that Badger Maps allows us to visualize when we last visited a client or specific types of businesses. This feature helps in comparing and contrasting, aiding in our decision-making process. The 'Lasso' tool is also great for circling where we want to go, making it a useful feature. The ability to visualize different types of businesses is incredibly valuable and we are planning to sort by the value of clients, which I believe will be amazing. What do you dislike about Badger Maps?

Loading potential clients and the zooming in process can be problematic. The 'redo search' feature when looking for specific types of businesses leaves room for errors and missing places. It would be great to type in the type of business we want to visit over an entire state and save them in bulk. Badger Maps made me feel like I wasn't alone in the field. I could import accounts and jobsites from a spreadsheet, but also while on the jobsites. The lasso tool was very helpful as well. I really like the customer service of Badger Maps and the simplicity of adding new accounts. It helps me reduce decision fatigue by keeping track of accounts and figuring out where I should go next.
