What do you like best about B2BGateway EDI?

The product works when it is set up correctly. The website works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about B2BGateway EDI?

The people. I will regularly wait for months to get a response from support. My current ticket is over 40 days old with a status of "queued" There is no phone number to talk to or anyone that will respond by email. Take it from me, find a different company. What do you like best about B2BGateway EDI?

Prior to the merge of B2B Gateway with True commerce the company was very good at support and responsive to setting up new customers etc and always persevered to ensure the connections worked correctly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about B2BGateway EDI?

Since the merge with True commerce, the level of customer support has deteriorated massively. we moved ERP systems and requested to migrate the existing edi into our new system well over 4 months ago and still nothing has happened even though they have been constantly chased to get the project off the ground. - completely unacceptable! I find this level of disregard for existing customers unacceptable and could no longer recommend this company to anyone based on our current experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Inventory, purchase order and vendor registration with supply management are good. Initial phase is very difficult to integrate. Once the bugs are removed then it takes no time to run its program with ERP integration NetSuite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
