I like B2B Wave's unmatched ability to deliver a unified global B2B order management system that’s natively built for B2B workflows. It's flexible enough to adapt to hyper-specific regional compliance, pricing, and fulfillment rules across APAC, EU, and US. I also appreciate that it achieves this without the need for expensive custom development or clunky workarounds. Its centralized cloud architecture creates a single system of record for all our global B2B activity, eliminating silos and manual reconciliation. No automation for process triggers: We can’t set up custom webhooks or low-code triggers in B2B Wave to kick off downstream workflows in BPT-Pro (e.g., a new high-value APAC order in B2B Wave auto-triggers a compliance approval workflow in BPT-Pro, or a canceled EU order syncs to BPT-Pro to update fulfillment status).
