**What do you like best about Axelor CRM?**

It has comprehensive CRM functionality. It helps our factory experience guy manage the factory as lead, customer disposition history, and helps manage task and sales data very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Axelor CRM?**

It has a lesser number of industry-level functionality. It takes a longer time to resolve the issue, customization requires a lot of effort and also some time third-party integration sucks.

**What problems is Axelor CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps the sourcing manager manage the leads or sellers they will acquire. It helps record seller and buyer information that is needed in an eCommerce business.
