I also found it easy to navigate around the features where I found the product feed was out of date and not set up dynamically. I like that this platform allows the use of a product feed and I was able to easily match all of the required fields. **What do you dislike about Awin?** As an advertiser on a self service account, access to customer support is limited. I also would like more control over the "my creative" area. I'd like to be able to delete creative and it would be helpful if it was managed dynamically so if we deleted it, it would be removed from the entire publisher network. Currently there is no way to stop publishers who have already used it. **What problems is Awin solving and how is that benefiting you?** The issues that we are trying to solve is increase sales and this is a channel which helps us achieve that. It streamlines the time and manual effort of undercovering suitable affiliate partners manually. Also fairly easy to set up commission structures and creative comms/assets. The cost is a low barrier to entry, especially for a start-up that's financially conscience. Easy to integrate with Shopify and pull in our XML feed. **What do you dislike about Awin?** The UX/UI can feel clunky at times, making it difficult to seamlessly navigate the platform. There are some basic functional tasks that should be editable/available but are not - for example, to set up email notifications, Awin recommends reaching out to a support assistant. I would expect this'd be available under my account settings. Additionally, although our business is registered as UK and US only - we often have publishers/affiliates reaching out from EU countries which aren't relevant to us. Feels like the filtering isn't quite right. This final note is more a reflection on the affiliates themselves, but many use titles and names that aren't very clear. It often takes additional effort to decipher who the affiliate is and whether they're relevant. **What problems is Awin solving and how is that benefiting you?** Awin allows us to connect (at scale) with multiple affiliate partners, we otherwise wouldn't have identified manually. It streamlines our small teams time, which is monumental for a small business. I have accidently set up serveral different account when i am just trying to add a new campaign to a singular account. **What problems is Awin solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can source new campaigns with this platform but the platform its self is NOT easy to use.
