**What do you like best about Awaretrain?**

The online awareness trainings are substantively good. We receive positive feedback from our employees; the trainings provide insight and are fun to do.

**What do you dislike about Awaretrain?**

the reports have already been improved, but for the sake of ISO, it is nice if the reports of former employees remain available

**What problems is Awaretrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization is ISO 27001 certified and we were looking for a good online training that we can also monitor. The sessions at Awaretrain are fun and more importantly: substantively good.

**What do you like best about Awaretrain?**

Awaretrain's content is highly distinctive in that unlike many other providers, the content is about the essentials what is relevant to employees. The content library is very diverse with games, quizes and interactive training modules with many videos with native voice overs. Highly recommended!

**What do you dislike about Awaretrain?**

Awaretrain lacks the Turkish language which was actually needed with us. Fortunately, they do have many other languages that we need.

**What problems is Awaretrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Through the use of the Awaretrain solution, employees are actively involved in information security. This has resulted in more reports and fewer incidents.
