I worked with Avtex last year to upgrade our PureConnect to (at the time) the latest version of CIC. This was a delicate situation as we were also working internally to upgrade all of our servers simultaneously. They worked with us through the whole process and we were able to get upgraded with minimal speed bumps. Overall, they are willing to jump in an work through issues with good general knowledge and not a lot of time for them to figure out any customizations that are configured.
