**Describe the project or task Avtex Consulting helped with:**

I worked with Avtex last year to upgrade our PureConnect to (at the time) the latest version of CIC. This was a delicate situation as we were also working internally to upgrade all of our servers simultaneously. They worked with us through the whole process and we were able to get upgraded with minimal speed bumps. Overall, they are willing to jump in an work through issues with good general knowledge and not a lot of time for them to figure out any customizations that are configured.

**What do you like best about Avtex Consulting?**

They are a big enough company to have plenty of support reps and especially developers for any customizations needed.

**What do you dislike about Avtex Consulting?**

Because they are so big you might now be able to work with the same people every time, which you might like doing if the tech knows your site.

**Recommendations to others considering Avtex Consulting:**

I would recommend Avtx for their support and development. They are knowledgeable and have the resources needed to get things accomplished. Everyone we have worked with has been easy and great.

**What problems is Avtex Consulting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We worked with Avtex to build an Nth call routing tool that would send every Nth call to an external location. This was fully adjustable by the customer and could be turned on and off via schedules.
