This means that our candidates are prescreened BEFORE we even make contact, and we can ensure only the right candidates are interacted with and offered interviews or positions with us. This is all done with AI, and the results are terrific. It also makes our onboarding seamless with all documents being placed on the Avenu platform and sent to candidates directly. Hard to find fault if I'm honest. The tech support is second to none as EACH issue is taken care of, corrected, and discussed within an hour at most.
