**What do you like best about Avanade Consulting?**

They were very thorough and explained what they were doing each step of the way. They were inclusive of all parties as our jurisdiction has many players and requires a lot of collaboration to make decisions on technology.

**What do you dislike about Avanade Consulting?**

They were expensive for the work required.

**What problems is Avanade Consulting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They were helping us determine the optimal method of deploying the full Microsoft 365 suite across a large, complex organization and identifying key issues and roadblocks to a sucdessful implementation.

Have various expierenced people  with technical backgrounds like software development, Infrastructure, cloud, Analytics and so. Good market leader for Microsoft based solutions.

Provides multiple options to their employees but no clear professional growth as of the internal politics.

To learn its good for freshers. Work Life balance is Ok.
