Not ONLY was AUTOREIMBURSEMENT a great program ... that was easy for our drivers to adapt to and understand.  It brought a tremendous value to our company ... savings us time and money ... with accuracy and readability.  Any and All concerns ... the unknown ... were easily put to rest with the support of a well knowledgeable ... and 100% responsive team.  Our overall experience has been all positive for both our company ... and our drivers.

I can honestly say that transition into this program has been ... smooth sailing... no complaints with the program and /or team.  Really the team that was put in place to assist us over was without a doubt game on and knew their stuff ~ BRAVO ! 

My ONLY complaint would have to be.... that i had to go through other countless demonstrations with other programs/ competitors ... before finally finding them.

AutoReimbursement gave us the ability to properly record and reimburse our drivers ... with the peace of mind that we were not only meeting IRS requirements... but reimbursing our drivers/employees with a favor and transparency program.  This keeps us in the compliance that we need to meet with the IRS ... but also gives our drivers/employees a peace of mind as well.  Where experiencing and knowing that the program gives them the convenience in automation reporting and the accuracy ... readability of their monthly statements.  The program brings the ease of checks and balances that are needed to make any new program a success.  This especially needed  when introducing anything new ...  and is what makes transitioning smooth and easy.

**What do you like best about AutoReimbursement.com?**

I am the administrator of the car program at my company and every person I've worked with at AutoReimbursement.com has been absolutely wonderful.  The initial setup in the program has many steps and they walked me through each step of the way to make it seem effortless.  Once we were up and running, the communication continued to be outstanding.  Each person has a can-do attitude, they assist and guide me on anything needed and I truly can't say enough about their customer service from all areas.

**What do you dislike about AutoReimbursement.com?**

The only issue I've received from some of our drivers that do manual entry is the system will time out if they step away from the computer for a few minutes.  They need to hit save often, or the miles they've entered may not "take" and they have to enter them again.  For me personally as the administrator of the program, I can't think of anything I dislike.

We were able to end our Leasing program for all our drivers and move to this FAVR program which has saved us money and the drivers feel this is a benefit to them as well.

We’ve had an outstanding experience with AutoReimbursement.com (ARC). Their high-level approach to providing information, paired with their unique calculations and methodologies, sets them apart from others in the space. The user end is extremely simple and efficient for our team—it only requires a monthly upload to maintain, which saves time and effort. Additionally, ARC was able to seamlessly integrate with our Single Sign-On (SSO) system, making the experience even smoother for our users.

The onboarding process was smooth, and their team is always readily available to answer questions or resolve issues quickly. While it is obviously a technology company, it really is the people that you deal with that separates autoreimbursement.com from your average cloud-based entity. They are responsive and incredibly personable whenever questions arise.

**What do you dislike about AutoReimbursement.com?**

There really hasn't been a situation where I have been frustrated or displeased, but, if I had to choose one, I would possibly include an administrative override that allowed for me to upload driver reports after the initial cut-off period but before the actual final pull of data.

**What problems is AutoReimbursement.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of mileage for our sales and support team for reimbursement would be time consuming and potentially fraught with accuracy issues. Autoreimbursment.com handles this splendidly, accurately, and provides us an easy go-to without us having to provide significant support to our employees utilizing the system.

ARC's learship is customer focused.  They listen to issues we manage through every day and work with us to find solutions.  The system is easy to use and manage.

**What do you dislike about AutoReimbursement.com?**

ARC is a small company compared to some of their peers.  My main concern is that a key member of the team could leave and take time to replace.  Also, as a small company they may be an acquisition target.  I am hoping ARC is able to provide a mileage tracking app in the future that can provide the ability to better track trips by street address and provide red flag reports for trips that seem suspicious (i.e. travel on weekends or holidays).

ARC is a great organization.  In fact, they are our most reliable vendor.  Switching to a FAVR plan in lieu of company cars has been a signifiacnt improvement to our organization.  We mitigated the risks associated with numerous company-owned vehicles being used on personal business.  The change has enabled our sales team to drive any policy-compliant vehicle that suits their individual needs and tastes.

Sometimes users struggle with the required compliance documents and procedures, but ARC staff is extremely responsive and helpful.

Originally, we used Company owned vehicles.  Finding a vehicle that met the needs of our team and kept us relevant in the competitive marketplace was a challenge.  Using ARC to implement the FAVR plan solved this problem.

**What do you like best about AutoReimbursement.com?**

I help administer my company's allowance program.  Getting a monthly reimbursement quote for a new driver, setting up a new driver, and really any change that needs to be made is quick and easy.  A lot of things I can do myself, which I love, but when I do interact with the AutoReimbursement.com (ARC) staff they are very knowledgeable and responsive.  I receive email responses same day, a lot of times within an hour!  Very happy with this vendor and highly recommend!

Nothing comes to mind.  I am very happy with the service and price.

We currently have some drivers with a company car and some on the allowance program (our drivers get to choose).  We are so happy with ARC that we are looking at getting rid of the company cars and switching to have all drivers on allowance.  ARC is helping us with analysis on what the costs would like if we made this switch so we can present this to upper management.  They have also offered to fly down and present the benefits of the allowance program to our drivers and help with the transition if we end up going this route.

The experienced team at AutoReimbursement.com provide all the resourses, training, support and service needed to keep my FAVR program running flawlessly year over year.  It's easy to add a new driver, remove a driver, pull monthly statements or use their online system to look up anything I need.  Drivers find their technology easy to use and enjoy reading the easy statements and have one place to go to if they have any questions about the program, thier rates, or to update their information.  It really could not be easier.  And the staff are always very helpful and quick to respond to any email or request.  We conducted an indepth annual review of alldrivers for mileage bands, driving history, fixed and variable rates and they are able to talk though the reasons for any changes and how the industry or insurance changes have an impact.  Providing this information to our drivers on an annual basis helps them know they are fairly reimbursed. The only area for improvement that would be helpful for me is when I term or remove a driver from the program would be to see all my terms and their term dates so I could be sure I'm not missing anyone.

Jim and the team at AutoReimbursement.com (ARC) have been super professional and supportive during the ~6 years that we've been using them. Prior to going on FAVR, we had a mix of Car Allowances and company vehicles we managed. Now we have ~60+ drivers with ARC and have a very well oiled machine when it comes to Auto Reimbursements for our employees. 

There was plenty of communication and training during the onboarding process and the implementation of moving drivers to FAVR was all but perfect. 
ARC annual pricing is in-line with industry standards, the interface is very easy to use and they are extremely responsive for any question/issue that may arise.

**What do you dislike about AutoReimbursement.com?**

Each year the process of updating the "baseline" vehicle and model year is a bit of a task that is fairly dependent on ARC running different scenarios. Being able to automate this or turn it into a self-service could help streamline the process. This is a very minor issue as I can't think of anything else I dislike.

**What problems is AutoReimbursement.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a business owner, there are issues related to liability, taxation, and compliance with company vehicle programs or even car allowances. FAVR as a whole is an IRS-specified program to help alleviate many of these issues. ARC in particular is a great partner as Jim knows all the ins & outs of the FAVR program and tax code and MileIQ as their mileage tracking partner helps automate all reporting.

While moving to FAVR didn't necessarily save us money on expenses, it has taken some liability off of the company and also frees up many many hours of labor from our administrator who previously had to stay on top of vehicle registrations, leasing agreements, repair bills etc.

Response time and ease of communication.  Whenever I have a question on anything from help with a driver issue to how to get information out of the system, a quick email is all it takes.  I get nearly immediate replies with exactly what I need to proceed.

We have not had any problems this far, although we did have a few employees not meet the mileage threshold.

The app sometimes needs to be reset to make sure it tracks the trips correctly.  But this is very rare.

Eliminates a lot of administrative work and runs very smooth.

I have not found any major downside. I wish there was more of an acknowledgement that the MileIQ info has been succesfully uploaded.

AutoReimbursement.com is one of the best FAVR suppliers I have used. Their system is self-explanatory and accommodating to plan administrators. They partner with MileIQ for automatic mileage tracking; it works and is reliable!
