**What do you like best about Automatrix?**

The most helpful tool that this offer is inventory management and real-time data. how seamlessly everything is done in such simple steps.

**What do you dislike about Automatrix?**

There's not as much I would dislike, but still a little work on customer service, which will be wonderful.

**What problems is Automatrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There were a couple of problems that I was facing, and this tool helped me get out of it. Problems were inventory status and getting real-time data so that we could act as fast as i can. And one thing this tool offers acts as the cherry on the top: Reporting. Getting to know your inventory status in just a click is excellent.
