# Why when I open several excel files, the menus are different between them.
One of my biggest problems using AA was when I have to open 3 different Excel files and then I have to copy-paste (paste special / Add ) in order to sum some cells that have the same rows and columns, but the menu options of the Paste tab were different from the first open file to the other two. The other two had fewer options, it feels like a very basic excel version, when I was expecting to have the same menu options in the three files.
