"Intelligent Decision-Making, Streamlines Workflow"
4/5
What do you like best about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

I really appreciate the decision-making ability of Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation. It doesn't just rely on simple if-else rules; it can reason on its own, making it feel like an intelligent assistant rather than a limited rule-based tool. This is especially valuable because every customer has unique data and requirements. The agent's ability to analyze and predict the most suitable services for each customer, and notify us when human intervention is needed, is a standout feature. Also, I found the initial setup easy, with the integration requiring some configuration but going smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

Honestly, I don't think there is much to improve, but if I need to give any suggestion then I would say that if there can be slightly more transparency about why the agent made this particular decision, it will increase the trust of me as a developer and also I will be able to get a better idea about how the agent reasons or makes decisions, contributing in better debugging etc, this is not a major flaw but it can surely help improving the experience. "Smart Automation, Steeper Learning Curve"
5/5
What do you like best about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

The blend of traditional RPA with agentic, AI-driven decision-making stands out most. Bots can now reason over unstructured inputs like emails and documents instead of just following rigid scripts. The AI Agent Studio makes it easy to plug LLM-based actions into workflows without custom API builds, and the Control Room gives solid visibility into bot performance and exceptions at scale. The low-code builder also makes it accessible to business users while still leaving room for developers to handle complex logic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

The learning curve is steeper than expected once you move past basic bots into agentic workflows — documentation for AI Agent Studio and LLM integrations lags behind the pace of feature releases. Licensing costs can also add up quickly as you scale bots across departments, and troubleshooting failures in complex multi-agent workflows isn't always intuitive; error logs could be more descriptive. Performance can also lag when processing large unstructured documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast and Precise for Predictive Tasks, But Needs Better Data Handling"
4/5
What do you like best about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

I liked the speed and the precision of Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation. I asked it to build my app with just one prompt, and it solved it in about 10 minutes, whereas I was trying with programming languages for about a month. The initial setup was quite easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

I think that sometimes when it doesn't receive the right data, it continues doing processes that are close to the topic the user asks, which I think is bad. I think it can describe the whole process briefly to the user and then ask for confirmation to proceed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Agentic Automation That Goes Beyond Rule-Based Workflows"
4/5
What do you like best about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

I like how Automation Anywhere’s Agentic Process Automation brings together AI agents and traditional automation, so processes can go beyond predefined, rule-based steps. Its ability to understand context, make decisions, and take action across different systems makes it far more flexible and practical for automating real-world business processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

The main thing I dislike is that agentic automation can sometimes feel more complex to set up and govern than traditional automation. Finding the right balance between AI flexibility, reliability, monitoring, and control often takes extra configuration and careful testing, especially when you’re dealing with business-critical processes where you need confidence in how everything behaves. "Real-Time AI Planning That Adapts and Executes Seamlessly"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

The most helpful aspect of APA is that it uses AI to think, plan, adapt, and execute based on changing data in real time, rather than requiring me to create and maintain rules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

A few things I don’t find helpful about APA are its high cost and the complex pricing that comes with it. On top of that, there often seems to be too much pressure to force its adoption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"APA: Autonomous AI Reasoning with Enterprise-Grade Governance"
5/5
What do you like best about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

APA best combines autonomous AI reasoning with enterprise- grade governance to handle complex end to end workflows.

Advantages are process reasoning engine, buildin governance, hybrid flexibility... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

I found it a little more expensive than other tools. Debugging also felt complex at times, and I ran into limits when working with unstructured data processing. The community version has restrictions that can be frustrating, and the technical performance could be better as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Bot Building and strong integrations, but pricing and advanced bots could be better"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

The bot creation studio is fairly intuitive, and the drag-and-drop interface lets our team build workflows without heavy coding knowledge. Document automation and OCR capabilities have cut down manual data entry noticeably across our finance and HR processes. Integrations with our existing enterprise systems like SAP and Salesforce were easier to set up than we expected, and the Bot Store templates gave us a solid starting point that saved development time on common use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

Licensing and pricing can get expensive as you scale up bot deployments, especially for mid-sized teams, and the ROI calculation isn't always straightforward for smaller use cases. Building more advanced bots that involve complex exception handling still requires a real learning curve, and the IQ Bot/AI features sometimes misread unusual document layouts, requiring manual correction. Support response times for non-critical tickets have been a bit slower than we'd like, and some control room updates have caused temporary performance hiccups in our environment. "Intelligent Agentic Automation That Fits Right Into Existing Workflows"
5/5
What do you like best about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

What I like most is that it makes automation feel more intelligent than just following predefined steps. The agentic capabilities are useful for handling tasks where some level of decision-making or understanding of context is needed. I also like that it works well with existing automation workflows, so you don’t have to completely change the way you’re already doing things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

One thing I dislike is that there can be a bit of a learning curve when setting up and fine-tuning the agentic workflows. Some of the more advanced features can also take time to understand, especially if you’re new to AI-driven automation. It would be nice if the setup and configuration were a little more straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It combines AI Agents with traditional automation enabling system to understand context, take decisions and execute multi step process autonomously. It can expand the scope of automation from rule based workflows to cognitive ability enabled workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

Building reliable agents requires careful orchestration, testing, monitoring, security controls, and human oversight. Costs can also increase with extensive AI usage, while unpredictable agent behavior may require additional safeguards compared with traditional, rule-based automation. "Empowers Innovative Automation with Room for Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

I really like how Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation eases my job. The system is very innovative, and I appreciate the work done by the agents, which lets me orchestrate them instead of having to manually write code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

Sometimes it goes into an infinite loop, and I have to review it manually. It would be nice to have one prompt to build the agent tech workflow automatically, not just configure it by myself. I would like it to go through everything, learn about it, and suggest what can be improved. I want proposals, like three options, to choose from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
