It has so many features that add value to this plugin. **What do you dislike about AutomateWoo?** One feature that I missed is I think they don't have a test feature suppose I've setup some email templates that I want to send when the subscription renews. so no worries I can do it via manually renew from subscription order section. but as a developer I know like by this way I can do it. but what about nontechnical people they are finding a way in that workflow only to test something that they create. **What problems is AutomateWoo solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of my client have a custom requirement like they have some list of 40 customer which are very old and from many years they purchased subscription and continuing with the website. so my client want to send some free products on next subscription renewal to them. so I just setup a workflow for those 40 customers and my work is done. ### 2. That said if you just want to sync MailChimp, get the MailChimp for woocommerce plugin. It syncs your store so you can run abandoned cart automations and segment your lists according to purchase behaviour . **What do you dislike about AutomateWoo?** It has too many features, so people often shift from this software to other software. Another reason my friend didn't choose it is that he likes to keep his WP sites as slim as possible, meaning he would rather use a 3rd party service than a plugin that will need constant updating or could increase the load on my site. **Recommendations to others considering AutomateWoo:** Go for it . **What problems is AutomateWoo solving and how is that benefiting you?** All the marketing campaigns are managed with ease, and the option to plug in the extensions makes it a full-fledged software to land on . It automatically reminds the customers of their carts, pending orders, etc . and also notifies inactive customers. ### 3. AutomateWoo makes e-commerce marketing easy. **What do you dislike about AutomateWoo?** Nothing to mention but take time to get used to.
