Super easy to upload keywords in bulk, tag them into relevant topics, add in regional tracking, device tracking and there are custom prompts to show where page fluctuations are occurring or cannibalization issues (and more). Additionally, for tasks such as competitor research, auditing your site health and FAQ research are great and all in one platform so you're not using SEMRush, ahrefs and Keyword Planner etc for one task. Probably the best part of Authoritas is how the team is so receptive to new ideas and improvements. They are constantly updating the tool, tweaking elements to make it work better and bring in better data. And whenever you need customer support they respond almost instantly - I can't really speak highly enough about the team! **What do you dislike about Authoritas?** As of yet, there's nothing I've come across that I dislike. Allows me to track keywords daily, weekly or monthly. The visibility explorer and project visibility modules are also great. **What do you dislike about Authoritas?** The link data module sometimes doesn't show any backlinks. Even though I know that my site has backlinks. Also the only analytics integrations are Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics. I would really like them to add Matomo as an integration. I don't use Google Analytics due to its poor record on privacy. Adobe Analytics is too expensive for me whereas Matomo Analytics is free to use. **What problems is Authoritas solving and how is that benefiting you?** The only issue is the link data module not showing backlinks sometimes. Instead of paying monthly for a service (e.g., SEMrush). We use services we can get through Authoritas to provide the same insights for a fraction of the cost. It has everything we need. Our search engine optimization campaign has been much easier to manage thanks their pool of quality SEO tools. From keyword research and competitor research to crawling and backlinks, Authoritas has the tools that we need. The keyword rankings are incredibly accurate, the backlink research shows us which websites have the most reach in the industry, and their crawling functionality makes it easy to set up a content calendar. Authoritas has been instrumental in making my website more visible online. It is also perfect for those who are looking to do their own SEO. After a very short learning curve, the software is easy to use and can provide insights to make your content quickly work organically. The interface is simple and easy to use, and the reporting features are very intuitive. There are many different SEO reporting tools available and it is quite easy to use any of them. They have a range of trainings and resources available as well as weekly calls to help you get the most out of their service. **What do you dislike about Authoritas?** The backlinks functionalities are good but a little limited when compared to Ahrefs, and I would like to see some changes to the National rankings and Local rank tracking features. I’ll not qualify this as a big downside as the platform is relatively new as compared to other options on the market The amount of work the team has put in will lead to improvement over time, but they currently outrank most competitors with more experience. **Recommendations to others considering Authoritas:** I couldn't be happier with the service and support I've received from Authoritas. Generous keywords quota for each plan and good backlinks data. They sourced it from Majestic, which provides reputable backlinks. Key analysis is on par with Ahrefs and others. Project visibility is one of the most remarkable improvements they have included. The documentation is also quite extensive, covers many topics and it helps you to understand what you need to do. There is also API access for those who like to pull data on their Google Data Studio or dashboard. Hope to try that out soon. **What do you dislike about Authoritas?** The project visibility, keyword explorer, are still limited to certain countries. It's one of the best features but I can't use it as of yet for my country. But I was assured that it's coming. But for keywords rank tracking covers everywhere. On page, off page, and soon they will add technical SEO analysis. Integration with Google Console is also good. Managing websites for several clients was made easy too. The visibility tool appears to have more data than rivals such as SEM Rush. Good amount of flexibility in reporting module for keyword rankings & visibility. Great pricing structure - no limits on number of users unlike rivals. **What do you dislike about Authoritas?** Aside from the keyword rankings & visibility module, the other features are pretty basic and need further expansion to be comparable to rival products. The support team has been amazing and willing to work with us on several needs that were implemented into the platform. You'll be sold on the wide range of features, such as their website crawling, reporting, backlink research and visibility database, however in reality these are under developed and the user-interface is nothing short of terrible. You'll find you will need to still utilise other vendors for the features that were sold to you during initial sign-up. The cost of keyword rankings is expensive when compared with most other vendors (there are exceptions), especially if this is the only area of the product you will use (which it will be, no doubt). There is no top-level view of your projects, so if you're an agency, like us, you'll find it is impossible to see your portfolio of clients at a glance and will need to "dig into" each project to spot and identify any trends. This is fine if you work with a handful of clients, but if you're working with any sizeable number this will quickly become challenging. **Recommendations to others considering Authoritas:** Check your contracts carefully before signing for fairly aggressive renewals. **What problems is Authoritas solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keyword rankings for our clients are provided by Linkdex and it's API, this solves our business requirement for client reporting. We do not make use of the built-in reporting (see my "dislikes") but instead use exports/the API to produce our own visualisations. ### 18. Other than that what I loved about Linkdex was the consulting part.
