**What do you like best about AudioVAULT FleX?**

One of the best things I like about Flex is how it integrates with the other systems we use in our station. Both with other AudioVAULT products as well as with other systems we use - such as Natural Log. Great support when issues arise. 

**What do you dislike about AudioVAULT FleX?**

Occasionally we'll encounter strange issues that seem to crop up out of nowhere as software is apt to do, but their support has consistently been helpful in figuring out solutions.

Requires a decent amount of setup to begin implementing. A lot of different programs working together, depending on how extensive of a radio network you're using.

**Recommendations to others considering AudioVAULT FleX:**

Make sure current systems your using can be implemented or adapted to AV otherwise it's difficult to switch. It's helpful to have outside schedule software that can import into it, and most stations should be doing that anyways.

I can't speak towards the pricing as that's handled by a different department.

**What problems is AudioVAULT FleX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to manage multiple on-air streams in different markets to run generalized music but localized commercial breaks.
