What problems is AudioBot solving and how is that benefiting you?

We manage a contact center and needed to implement IVR for one of our key clients. To obtain the IVR audio, we searched for a Text to Speech tool and discovered AudioBot. This is one of the best AI tools available, allowing us to choose from various effects and generate audio in different formats. We could adjust the volume, audio type, pitch, and select from multiple languages to convert text into speech. Using the audio generated by the bot, we were able to build the IVR system. This solution addressed a major issue for our client and helped them maintain their contact center capacity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
