With AudiDoc we can automat project allocation but the access is fully restricted. It eliminates data loss and confusion which we were experiencing on shared drives.

It has the screen for logs, where all the past sctivities can be seen.This feature increases accountability. The entire team is able to collaborate more efficiently because it is easy to share document.

Guest Users::

AudiDoc allows for safe collaboration with external stakeholders. Rather than granting user-wide access to sensitive company documents, we set specific project-level access controls.

This helps avoid duplicate files. Granting access can be done timely, so we can be assured our data is always in the right hands.

Other features which come to my mind are:

Simple rectification of document extracted information (which we may suspect is generated because of the document's low quality or any other reason)

Export extracted fields that we are able to view in excel files.

Every access to the system is audited. Be it access to data base or access to the system, inside or out.

Color code important data.

This product has already many additional and innovative features which, makes it invaluable for businesses regardless of their size.
