**What do you like best about Atomic CRM?**

I use Atomic CRM to manage customer relationships, track sales pipelines, and automate follow-ups. It helps my team organize leads, monitor communication history, and improve overall sales efficiency. I appreciate that it has helped eliminate manual tracking and reduce missed follow-ups because we used to struggle with scattered customer data and inconsistent communication. What I like most about Atomic CRM is its intuitive interface and automation features. They make it easy to manage workflows, save time on repetitive tasks, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. I really appreciate how well Atomic CRM integrates with other tools like email and calendar apps. The real-time notifications and analytics dashboards make it easy to stay on top of client interactions and measure team performance effectively. The initial setup of Atomic CRM was very straightforward with clear documentation and support, making the onboarding process smooth.

**What do you dislike about Atomic CRM?**

One area that could be improved is the mobile app experience. While the desktop version is excellent, the mobile app interface can sometimes feel a bit limited when accessing detailed reports or managing complex workflows on the go. Adding more customization options and faster sync across devices would make it even better. Another area that could be enhanced is the reporting and analytics customization. It would be great to have more flexibility in creating tailored dashboards and visual reports specific to different teams or goals.

**What problems is Atomic CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Atomic CRM to centralize customer data, manage leads, and automate follow-ups, improving our sales efficiency. It eliminates manual tracking, enhances productivity, ensures consistent communication, and provides analytics for accurate performance measurement and revenue forecasting.
