Using Loom has allowed our product people to explain what the project is about so our tech leads can watch all the videos ahead of the meeting time when its convenient for them and come to the meeting prepared with questions already, or sometimes all their questions were answered and no more discussion at all was needed. We've reduced those 10 hours to about 3. Which is a savings of about 200 man hours just for that process alone.
