It's nothing I don't like about Loom very help for me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use Loom to quickly record short video demonstrations with my screen and voice and share them with my team. I can easily record and share videos, access Loom through a simple link or Chrome extension, and create some videos for free. I also like that I can adjust the video and audio, including removing background noise. It’s very easy to access from the web page or Chrome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can only record videos for 5 minutes on the free version of Loom, and I think that limit should be extended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

hard to organize my videos in the library Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use Loom for video meetings and recording my videos. I find it great for video recording, especially because recording in Zoom was complicated. With Loom, I can easily record through the extension and share public links. I love the public link-sharing feature; it's very handy. When you record a video screen recording, you can create a public link and share it, so anyone can view the video without the hindrance of exporting and uploading. The initial setup of Loom was easy. The free plan is very limiting. The 5-minute recording limit is too short, and you can’t even blur sensitive information. Also, if you have a lot of recordings, finding older videos becomes a mess and the workspace gets pretty cluttered. The Mac desktop app also crashes a lot, so most people just end up using the Chrome extension anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Loom makes SOP/training/information videos super easy to make with the browser extension and desktop app. I've come to use Loom so frequently that if my company stopped paying for it, I'd personally foot the bill. The AI features help with summaries and titles and can even help trim the video if you need something ultra-polished. For non-profits, there is a significant product discount that is very easy to apply for (providing you're a registered charity). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest challenge I find with Loom is the Atlassian portal side of things still doesn't feel fully integrated - it's clunky to manage my subscription and account and feels ultra complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What i like most about loom is how easy it is to quickly record and share videos without any complicated setup the interface is simple and user friendly especially on mobile and I like that I can record my screen or camera and instantly get a shareable link Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
one thing i dislike about loom is that the mobile version has fewer features compared to desktop version some advanced options like full editing or more control over recordings are limited on mobile Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Loom to record my self-introduction video resume for freelancing clients and companies. I appreciate that it helps me clearly record video, change the background for a professional look, and provides a quick link for sharing with companies and clients. I like how easy it is to record, edit, and quickly share my videos anywhere. The editing features are great, and I find value in the insights on how many people have viewed my videos. The initial setup was pretty easy as I didn't have to perform any extra steps to start using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the free limits can be increased a bit to allow more people to use and try the free plan for a longer period. In the free plan, Loom allows recording up to 5 minutes, which I think should be at least 10 minutes so that more people who want to try it can use and decide to buy the paid plan. I use Loom to record quick walkthroughs and explain technical concepts to students during Salesforce training sessions. What I like most is how easy it is to record the screen and share videos through a simple link. It saves time compared to scheduling meetings for every explanation. Some useful features and longer recording limits are restricted to paid plans. Occasionally, video uploads can take a little time depending on internet speed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
