Atlas is the best CRM for dramatically improving the average recruiter’s workflow. It has saved me an unquantifiable amount of time and has genuinely generated revenue by capturing data I would otherwise have missed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Atlas? Atlas has a steep learning curve if you want to get the most performance out of the system, and there are also a few components from legacy ATSs that it’s currently missing and could benefit from incorporating. That said, this hasn’t really been an issue for me, because the learning curve is largely a result of the incredible value it brings at every stage of the recruiting workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Atlas solving and how is that benefiting you? The main problem Atlas has solved for us is admin time and digitising data. Before Atlas, call notes were handwritten and often missed crucial information. Building the in-depth submission forms we pride ourselves on took hours, and using our existing CRM was usually reserved for the last 60 days of work—anything earlier often got lost. Atlas, with its notetaker and Ringover integration, has completely eradicated those issues. Being able to search the complete history of a contact, rather than relying only on the notes we’d manually entered, has genuinely changed the way we deliver a search. I can honestly credit Atlas with around $45,000 in directly attributed NFI, because the system has caught things I simply would not have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
