AthenaHQ's knowledge gap detection caught something our team had missed entirely. ChatGPT was confidently stating our hourly rates, except the numbers were wrong by a factor of two. We'd never published our pricing publicly, so the model was hallucinating based on industry averages. That's the kind of thing that poisons a sales conversation before it starts.

AthenaHQ is constantly updating their service to be more action oriented rather than just raw data, prioritizing actionable insight that drives results. 

Ultimately we got the service to drive more traffic from LLMs, we believe search is trending more towards AI and away from conventional SEO/SEM marketing. 

They have great dashboards and different ways to both view the data, and "intervene" to be able to reach out to authors of relevant articles on linkedin. To get your business displayed in front of the ideal user, further enhancing your AI SEO search profile. Their action center lets you quickly skeletons of relevant articles, and you can track them to see the immediate impact. The immediate feedback loop of creating articles and seeing their impact is addictive. 

I use AthenaHQ every day. 

Overall it's pretty awesome!

So far I have not had any significant issues with AthenaHQ. As they're a newer company, they're testing out features and not everything is going to stick. I've given them feedback as new features have rolled out and they're been great about receiving feedback, explaining their rationale behind changes, and rolling things back if it's not the best UI/UX for the customer.

Before AthenaHQ we had no idea how our brand, and search, was performing on LLMs. It's a new opportunity to grow and so we chose to double-down by picking up AthenaHQ. It's been really impressive so far, using their LLM blog feature from their action centre to actually drive results to our business from LLMs. Saw a 10x increase in referrals from chatgpt mostly to those blog posts. 

We also get great reporting and metrics across our brand AutoRFP.ai and competitors in how we are perceived by LLMs, and therefore readers.

It's an early stage company, so you've got to buy into the vision and have a need for this kind of software. They add features insanely quickly, building off your feedback.
