What made us choose AthenaHQ over competitors was the reporting. Our clients aren't technical. They don't want to dig through conversation explorers or parse citation drift metrics. They want to know: are we winning or losing, and what should we do about it?
AthenaHQ's out-of-the-box reports answer those questions without us having to rebuild everything in Google Slides. The visibility charts are clear enough that we can drop them into QBRs without heavy editing. The pitch workspace has also helped us close three new GEO retainers this quarter. We generate performance snapshots for prospects and show them exactly what they're missing.
Regional tracking is another big one. We have clients in APAC, EMEA, and North America. AI models respond differently by region, and AthenaHQ lets us segment and report on that without jerry-rigging spreadsheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Self-serve plans are limited. Some of the better features, like the Athena Recommendation Engine, are locked to enterprise tiers.
