Cut the weekly spreadsheet work out entirely

Before this, we exported everything from Peec.ai and spent half a day each week cleaning it in Excel before we could read it. AthenaHQ's filters work inside the platform, so the cleaned view is just there. We stopped exporting to manipulate data outside the tool. The dashboards also update without us doing anything, which sounds basic but wasn't the case with what we had.

It shows you why you're not being cited, not just that you aren't

The source tracking is the thing. It shows which specific pages on our site are getting cited in AI responses, which means I know where to focus content effort. Peec.ai told me our mention rate was low. AthenaHQ tells me which competitor articles are getting picked up instead, and in what format. That's the part you can actually do something with.

The dashboard actually tells you what changed

Mention rate, citation rate, and share of voice are all visible without three clicks to get there. I used Profound for a few months and always left the dashboard feeling like I had a lot of data but no idea what it meant. AthenaHQ is more legible. The competitor comparison view in particular is something I check every Monday morning without having to remind myself how to use it.
